First time having my car detailed here this year, I am very happy with the finished results. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to take it in on short notice. I was panicking because, a big spider made a home inside my car. It’s gone now and everything is pretty and new looking. Thank you for helping me out with professionalism and I am so impressed with my car now.

Jordan did a fantastic job detailing my Honda Accord and he was very communicative and available by text which was a bonus. Another plus for me was that he didn’t use heavily scented products . Unfinished detail, ruined touchscreen radio and extremely poor customer service.My excursion was dropped off 6/12 for a detailing on 6/13. We were asked to pick the truck up after hours, upon picking it up the driver's doorcard was still uncleaned. Once I turned the truck on, I noticed my volume buttons were not working. After about 10 minutes the radio began to shut itself on and off, all the buttons were flashing and within 15 minutes it started to show static, an electric humming sound and went black.My husband provided videos to the owner and we were told "I'm not sure what to tell you bud" and "LOL". The morning after there is now visible water damage behind the screen and the owner has chosen to ignore our outreach.He is also not BBB accredited as his business card indicates which I found out through the BBB website.
