I started this journey with aspen a year ago some has been good and some down right bad .original I should have had my 2nd set of dentures in late June or July... after several unsuccessful attempts they gave me a new date of September ..called again for a couple more unsuccessful attempts on getting things done . So I figured I'd wait . So now I get a big bill saying I need to pay this then we can finish the job .as far as I'm concerned you breached contract .and if need be I will take further steps on behalf .thank you ..and no need to talke to Marc he seems to be the problem .again thank you

This review is posted by myself at my mother's request....My daughter had an appointment for April 1, 2024 for a wax impression for a bottom plate of teeth, for which I prepaid $2,239, plan insurance payment of $559.75 on 7/20/23. My daughter passed away in hospice on 2/21/24.Aspen has refused to refund my money.Now for my review.After my sister passed away I called Aspen Dental to see if there would be a refund due to all services weren't rendered. They asked if she had been buried with her healing plate because if we brought it in we could have a refund. Seriously?! I have no idea where my deceased sisters healing plate is. My mother and I went into the office. Again they asked if the hospice had given us her teeth. Then told us that there was no refund because it's buy one get one free. That the healing plate was what you pay for and that the permanent plate is free. My mother asked for the office manager to call her, which he never did. Went to the office again and was able to speak with the office manager. He was fairly rude and cold. Said there would be no refund. That she got a healing plate and a upper plate. Which is not true. She didn't receive the upper plate but they put it in her file that she did. The remaining services of the wax impression and permanent teeth were never performed.They also offer a 90 day money back guarantee but that guarantee starts at 1st appt according to them. Not once you get the final teeth.So in the end, they performed half the service and kept the entire payment. Im still wondering what they would have done with my deceased sisters plate if we had it to return?!Aspen Dental (owner) If you reply, please don't with the "I'm so sorry we will pass it along" Please actually do something about the issue.

We have been using Topsham Aspen dental for 3 years now. The women at the front are awesome. Cynthia knows her stuff! We Love Taylor and Dr Devine, and all our dental assistants we’ve had have been very friendly. We love this office and continue to drive an hour away because of the great service we get, even though there are offices closer to us!

Today I had the unfortunate experience of having my upper denture split while I was having my lunch. I immediately went over to Aspen Dental in Topsham. There I was greeted by two very nice woman who listened to my dilemma and jumped into action. When they came back to the foyer they asked me for my denture and told me to return in a couple hours and they would be ready to go. when I returned all the promises were kept and I was good to go, No Charge!! Where can you get this kind of service in this day and age and all done with a smile ! I cannot stress enough that I will always call these folks my go to team for any of my dental needs!
