Edit: after a not so great customer service experience this morning I left a 2 star review. I was disappointed that the small town atmosphere of Atlantic has been making lots of changes and with my husband and I no longer in state I called to get information on the new website, app and contact information. The woman I spoke with wasn’t rude but just seemed to be reading a script and had no detailed information on my questions. I politely said thank you, have a nice day, hung up, left the review and moved on with my day.This afternoon I received a call from a manager at the Topsham branch concerning my review just to see why I would leave a 2 star review as a 10+ year member. I explained the few questions I had this morning and she was amazing about a detailed explanation of all the changes. With us no longer living in Maine that is all we wanted was piece of mind that the credit union who’s values we appreciate are not changing along with all the updates. Thank you for reaching out and clarifying Amanda.

Worst bank in Maine,incompetence beyond belief.DO NOT BANK HERE , THE INEPTITUDE IS COMICAL,HAD TO CALL MAINE BANK REGULATORS TWICE TO CORRECT THEIR INEPT ACTIONS! REMEMBER THIS IS THE BANK THAT HAD A TELLER STEAL MILLIONS OF CUSTOMERS MONEY TILL SHE WAS FINALLY CAUGHT AND INCARCERATED.THERE ARE FAR BETTER CHOICES THAN THIS SHAM OF A BANK!
