John Paul was so helpful in trouble shooting an issue that we tried to resolve for 2 weeks with customer support over the phone and in person at another location. Absolutely wonderful customer service.

Jacob at ATT Topsham unlocked my wife’s phone which was confused between Apple passwords. He is knowledgeable, gracious, and applied his skill effortlessly to get her phone unlocked and and restored from ICloud.

Had issues with voice mail, Ryan assisted in resolving the issue above and beyond. At the same time Ryan also walked my wife through setting up iPhone 14 and Apple Watch with patience. Ryan is always helpful and knowledgeable.

Purchased phone there 3 years ago. Delighted with the service then; so I went back to purchase again. Skillfully and kindly answered questions, making suggestions without making me feel pressured to purchase products or services. Decided to purchased new phone and experienced their above and beyond service transfering my information and teaching me uses on my new phone. What service!!! It would be silly to go anywhere else to get a phone!

The male representative (who I'm told was a manager) charged me an upgrade fee for a phone I never authorized nor did I receive. I went into the store to ask about upgrading and told him right off the bat that I didn't know if I was going to upgrade or not, that I only would if the information from my older phone would transfer to the new phone. I thought we were trying to see if the data would even be able to transfer, when I realized he was trying to upgrade us without my agreement. Once it was determined that the phone data wouldn't transfer I let him know we decided not to upgrade at that time and he FLIPPED on me. Told me I ruined the phone. I NEVER agreed to upgrade yet!!! He got mad because he made a mistake and tried to force an upgrade on me when that was not what I wanted and I told him that right from the get-go. Later that day we went to get the screen fixed on my old phone and it was not making or receiving calls. We went back to the store and was told that the sim card had to be replaced because of the error. Fine. Got a new sim card. Got the screen fixed. Went on our way. Fast forward to our first bill since then and was hit with a $35 Upgrade fee.... ON A PHONE I DONT HAVE!! NOR DID I AUTHORIZED IT!! I called to have them fix this error and was told "he'll call me back" and that I couldn't speak to a manager above him because "he is the manager". I just want this charge removed since I DONT HAVE THE PHONE and NEVER agreed to the upgrade!!! It's Bull SH*t and the minute this phone is paid off I'm taking my business elsewhere. 10 years with ATT and the service received from this office has absolutely ruined it.

Ryan was an absolute SAINT. He was very patient, and knew his stuff. Set us up with exactly what we wanted and did it in a speedy time. Highly recommend this store/location as the preferred AT&T spot locally!
