“Had a little bit of an uncommon issue with my 2023 mt-07 that was still under warranty. I called over to another dealership and was told to bring it down as soon as possible, 24 hours later they told me they didn’t know what I was talking about and it was going to be weeks before it gets in.
How did I ever forget about Moms! Called over there and explained the issue I was having. He immediately asked when I could get it in. For me I needed to go pick up the trailer 40 mins away. Mark, who was incredibly nice, offered to come get the bike on his way home so it could get in to the shop. Within the next day I had clear answers as to what was happening. 36 hours later, after the bike was 100% issue free, I’m riding my bike home with the current issue corrected but also suspension adjusted, chain tightened, and they replaced the missing body panel bolts. My bike was washed and spit shined before picking up (better than I’ve done lol)

“Stopped here on our way home to central Massachusetts last Monday when our battery light came on, suspecting a bad alternator. Todd was extremely helpful, tested our system and called around for a replacement. Unfortunately none was available that day and we needed to get home. So although he couldn’t help us with a repair, he went over and above — made sure our battery was fully charged and gave us sound advice about how far we could go before needing another charge. We made it home with one additional stop/charge at an auto parts store on the way. Great to find honest and helpful people when traveling in parts unknown. Highly recommend.”
