A veeery good chunk of their stock of Stanley cups where pretty heavily damaged (currently as of 4/5/2024) to the outside with scratches and scrapes, paint chipped off, ect. Call me nit-picky if you will, but if i'm paying almost $50 for a cup then i'd hope they would be in very good, sellable condition? I understand it's not exactly the stores fault but literally all of their purple ones from winter had damages and it took me sifting through all of them to find only one that had no paint scratched off. :(

We found an item on-line, just what we wanted. We drove a very long way out of our way to go to Dicks in Thompson to purchase this item. When we found the item, there were three different sizes and what was listed on-line was not the price of the one in the store. The on-line item we wanted had the exact measurements as the item we were going to buy (that was on-line) only to find that it was a higher price (we borrowed a measuring tape from an employee and measured) than stated on-line and a smaller sized item was priced as the on-line price. The ol' 'bait and switch'. Needless to say, our gas and time were waisted in this trip and has made us extremely dissatisfied customers. No more waisted time or efforts again. My advice: shop elsewhere! Little to no integrity there!

I phoned the Topsham store to see if they were closed like the one in Augusta this am...The gentlemen that answered the phone was rude to me...I told him so before hanging up...lol...if you do not have an answer, how about remaining professional and maybe saying we do not have an answer at this time but hope to open soon...not by being smart and saying we do not work for Microsoft...I feel different about this store being one of my go to's in the future now...This falls back to management...train the people how to answer the public correctly and politely in the future...thanks!!!

Well. Glad my review got your attention. Still doesn't get me my 400$ for a pos mongoose bike. I've already contacted the BBB. and I'll go through our implied warranty through the state if I need to. They definitely don't stand behind what they sell.
