Extremely rude, unprofessional teller this morning while trying to make 2 transactions in the drive through she accepted the first didn't say she would service the 3 other cars that pulled up long after I had been waiting just left and didn't come back until after servicing them to tell me she couldn't do my 2nd transaction because it was shared branching which she could have told me this had she let me finish what I wasasking to do be more rudely shutting off the camera. Absolutely horrible customer service

Went in 6/8 615 pm to withdraw money but also asked for a form to stop automatic transfer from savings to checking … which I was told to do online by a representative.. she said “ a what “ rudely and I explained again and she goes “honestly I don’t know I’ll have to ask someone? When there is someone available.” I said okay. I ended up leaving cause she just didn’t even say anything after giving me my money she just watched until I walked away? Instead of just being like “ someone will be with you in a minute” just overall rude every time I come to this specific location - Hats off to topsham and Lisbon however always great customer service.

I’ve been a member for many years. Five County has done nothing to help, each time I needed help. The first time was when my significant other passed away from stage 4 pancreatic cancer. I was denied a loan and forced to close a CD, with a penalty over $5,000. Another time I was stranded in Arizona and wanted to borrow off the remaining CD. Evolve or be left behind. The archaic practices of the credit union are allowing the big banks to keep on being the holders of real wealth and power. Basic services offered by local banks - not even the big banks - are not even close to being an option at FCCU.

This heartless Credit Union charges its customers fees for every little thing. This is why I am not and would never be a member. Do business with Lisbon Federal Credit Union where the policies are proper and associates are friendly and full of care.

How awesome is it that a credit union is open WAY past 5 PM during the week and past noon on Saturdays even! TIL 8 PM!?!?! Unheard of! Thank you for making your hours convenient for us working folk! :) Your staff is very friendly and helpful too!

It states on line that this branch is open at 8am. The lobby does not open until 9am. The drive through does in fact open earlier, but transactions are restricted. The teller cut me off when I tried to explain what I needed.

Remains the least friendly of the Five County branches. The two managers were staring at their phones, and this branch still puts holds on small checks, while others have stopped. Update 4/14/18 Branch remains understaffed. There was only one desk person on duty and one drive thru person on a Saturday. Long lines both inside and at drive thru. Branch is also starting to show neglect that never occurred in the years before. Building desperately needs paint and cleaning.
