I kept calling for over two hours to try to get a question answered. Kept getting disconnected and wasn’t even placed on hold. I had to call customer service at the store to get connected to someone which they did right away. So I wasted my entire morning calling them when they just didn’t answer their phone

They never have things ready on time. I called in a refill a week ahead, it was said to be ready the following Saturday. Go then, it's not ready. Go Sunday. Not ready, go Monday, now completely out. Not ready. Told it'll be thirty minutes. I go back, wait in line, at that point had been 40 minutes. Not read told 10 more minutes. Waited 20 more minutes, before jumping line to ask an update (I was sitting in the waiting area) the girl gave me an attitude. Such poor customer service. This isn't the first time this has happened at the Topsham location. This has happened more than a handful of times. Not to mention the staff is almost never friendly, especially their head pharmacist, and the line is usually wrapped around the produce section or out the door. No longer using this service it so poor.

I think they are the best. I moved and still pick up meds at TopshamPharmacy. The whole staff is great and efficient They do a great job..

Living at the Highlands retirement community I am one of the many seniors that frequent the Hannaford in Topsham and take important advantage of the pharmacy several times a week. Today the pharmacy waiting line extended out the inner doors into the cart area while there were "5"staff segregating pills and filling prescriptions with only one open window for customers. It would have been so helpful to briefly assign a second staff person and open a second window to assist seniors waiting needlessly absent a simple, brief staffing adjustment?

Dear Hannaford, I like your store but have had it with your paper bags. I don't even mind paying for bags, but I want them to work! This happened as I was very carefully moving the bread and bandaids from the cart to my car. I've never once made it from my car to my house with a bag intact. Everyone I know hates them--including your employees. It's worse than not even having bags. My groceries fell into the wet dirty parking lot? not the end of the world, but it is very annoying. And. Yes, I know I should remember my reusable bags, but apparently I can't...

Just about the worst hannies ive ever been to. Had nothing you needed and surprisingly small. Couldn't even find the f broccoli and they had no ramen (not even out they just didn't sell it) A true lack of inventory like others said. Had auto-lights on the frozen section and half of them didn't even work. Id rather do my grocery shopping at cvs. Living off pringles and arizona ice teas is better then going into this trap house. But dont get me wrong the other hannies are great.

Does not even deserve one star. My husband tried to get money back at a selfcheck out. Says no cash back. No biggie they cancel the order. But it took the money anyways even though it said no cash back. We needed that money for a reason. But they refused to compensate. And the manager was extremely unprofessional and should never have been one to begin with. So here we are with 90 cents in our account but no cash. Terrible service. Terrible people

Great customer service at TOPSHAM Hannaford pharmacy. Very prompt and courteous. Maybe train other Hannaford pharmacies on proper protocol of medication refills?

I have always been happy with Hannaford the selection is great, food is fresh and the staff always willing to help. When they added the rewards program it was the icing on the cake. I guess the other thing I have always appreciated about Hannaford is they are all set up the same, so when you go in you know where everything is not matter where you are.

Competent, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Don’t overlook the chance to ask the pharmacists questions about your medications, they know a lot.

This is the closest Hannaford to me so it's the one I typically go to for my weekly shopping trip. I was excited when they started the remodel, I had seen other Hannaford's already finished and loved it! Unfortunately, I feel they missed the mark for the Topsham store. They expanded the produce section and while it's beautiful and spacious now, none of that matters if they don't have great produce to go with it. The bananas are always completely green, I can't tell you how many times they were out of squash, radishes, asparagus and even cucumbers. Very frustrating! The aisles are so incredibly tiny and over crowded now. They used to have a great "natures place" section where I could get all my healthier and organic needs, but now everything is sprinkled throughout the store making everything much too busy with everyone wandering around searching for things that used to be all together! The checkout lines are the worst part of all. Lines are often backed up into aisles which is hard on everyone. They will have multiple 14 items or less lanes open when there's only a couple people in them, especially with having the self checkout now, it's totally unnecessary. (But the self checkout is a plus for me when I'm running in for just one item) Sometimes my wait at check out is a half hour which is more than I even spent shopping. Over all the staff are friendly and prices are good- just make sure to check your receipts before you leave as sometimes coupons don't come off your total or they double charge you for an item!

I'm getting pretty frustrated with the produce section. Unless there is a shortage of celery, I don't understand why it is so difficult to have this very common vegetable available. Organic celery would be real nice.
