The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I expected a wait from 20 to 30 minutes for a routine inspection. However, I was there for more than an hour. It is the first time I have had such a lengthy wait. I would have likedknowing that ahead of time.

Wonderful service. I came in for my no charge tire rotation because I bought tires they are previously and they fixed two other issues with my car at no charge. I have had similar positive experiences there in the past. Everyone has been very kind and pleasant.

I wasn't happy with the resolution of a fairly minor problem with my 2017 Tacoma. After contacting the service department I was scheduled to bring the truck back in, which I did today. They were extremely professional about it, and the matter was resolved at no additional charge.Great work Lee Toyota! I appreciate working with companies that really show they care about their customer's experience.

My first service appointment with Lee was for an oil change, inspection and winter tire change over. When vehicle was given back, tires weren’t changed over. The service department felt bad about the confusion as it didn’t go from the appointment card to the service card. They ended up giving me a loner vehicle for the afternoon so I could run my errands and then when picking up at the end of the day the service department had zero’d out my charge as they stated that the confusion shouldn’t have happened. I’m very impressed with how they made it right! I will continue to use Lee Service and since they made it right with me, when my wife and I look to trade in our 2016 4-Runner for another 4-Runner, we will be headed to Lee to do business. Again, very impressed with all the did. Went above and beyond to make it right.

I worked with some great guys while picking out my new Camry. They worked quickly to help get the car I was looking for. Sam explain all the features clearly and was able to answer any questions I had. Will was very helpful with the daunting financial process and didn’t make me feel pressured at all to sign up for anything I didn’t want. Great experience.

Recently purchased a vehicle through Lee, and every aspect so far has been amazing. The sale and the financing were quick and helpful. Then I’ve been having a problem with the vehicle and the service department has been over the top accommodating and nice. I appreciate all the help.

Early appointment on a day when MOSTLY ALL businesses are closed due to the mass shooting in Lewiston. Shuttle back to my home and return to dealership was totally unexpected. Shuttle driver Bob was an excellent conversationalist & interesting company along the trips! Cost of servicing was much lower than I expected. Great visit overall!

Evan, a salesman, was great to work with! He is a math whiz, and was there to go over every little detail with me. He is knowledgeable and made this process feel less intimidating. As a woman going into a car dealership to buy a vehicle, I naturally anticipated feeling like I had to be on guard to not get ripped off. Evan never made me feel that way. I would recommend him to anyone!

Lee Toyota has done a great job of looking after our Sienna for several years. Last week they went above the call of duty and got us a loaner van so we could make a special family trip. Both the Service and rental departments coordinated to make this possible. A special thanks to Misty for pulling it all together.

Very attentive from the beginning with respect for both my spouse and me. Sam and I worked together to come up with a model, delivery date, and acceptance. He was clear with explanations about how the vehicle works and seemed to enjoy imparting his knowledge. We are very satisfied with our sales representative, the dealership, and with the new Toyota RAV4.

Untrustworthy service dept on vehicles. They will say they did - they didn't. Advice - put markings on items that are SUPPOSE to be replaced/checked that they did NOT do. See for yourself. Just to resell your parts...Call to complain to general manager - 3 calls n phone operator switches me over to service. Too many negative incidents at this dealership. Pls don't respond with your SORRY bookmarked responces that everyone reads. Fix the issue. Thank you

Brought a car in for a couple Toyota recalls to be fixed. They fixed them as planned and for free. We were also given a full inspection and an estimate for a ridiculous number of things on a vehicle that has a recent inspection sticker on it. Super pushy and over the top. Didn't ask for an inspection or suggestions. They took the opportunity to do a deep dive and try and drive service sales. Looking at their quoted labor costs it was either going to take the 3-4 days or their rate is $250-300/hr? A quick Google search of estimates for the service they recommended revealed they were 2x or more as expensive as what online sources would estimate for the job. They just re-inforced why I don't got to the Lee for service as they lived up to the "stealership" nickname every time I've been.
