Stopped here on our way home to central Massachusetts last Monday when our battery light came on, suspecting a bad alternator. Todd was extremely helpful, tested our system and called around for a replacement. Unfortunately none was available that day and we needed to get home. So although he couldn’t help us with a repair, he went over and above — made sure our battery was fully charged and gave us sound advice about how far we could go before needing another charge. We made it home with one additional stop/charge at an auto parts store on the way. Great to find honest and helpful people when traveling in parts unknown. Highly recommend.

Changed my blown tire. Service great. Prices great. Friendly and competent. Ordered me a tire on trust while I was in I295 breakdown lane and fitted it with no delays. In a pinch I’d call these guys anytime. Funky, fair, friendly, honest & competent.

Todd has solved problems that no other mechanics could. He is a very smart guy, very capable and very honest. His son, Lucas, is cut from the same cloth. I'm old enough to have had many mechanics over the years. These guys are the best--and I don't say that lightly.

We bought our GMC Acadia in to get the ac recharged, supposedly he fixed it, went to get it it still wasn't working, had to leave it there again for him to say it was a line leaking supposedly fixed it, went to pick it up still wasn't working, to find out this time it was the motor to the ac, finally got it back after almost three weeks being there, to find out that he didn't put it back together right We had to bring it to our regular mechanic because was hearing noise from that area to find out Todd never put my car back together the right way had one bolt smaller than the other so it wasn't put together right I would tell you to stay away from here, bad service, very unprofessional talks badly to his customer tooService: Air conditioning

I have been here a couple times and have had amazing service and fair prices. They are not like all the other mechanics that tell you you need a bunch of stuff done just to get more money or overcharge you, they are very fair and honest with what you need. I have also noticed that a lot of mechanics are very rude but here they have always been very nice. I definitely will continue to go there

We've used this garage 3 times now.. twice for the same problem within a 2 month time span! The communication is not there and very unprofessional I would drop my car off the night before and if i called the next day to check status of car, todd would give a rude remark and basically hangup mid conversation. My check engine light is now on for the 3rd time for the same reason. My car was just in and supposedly got fixed 3 weeks ago. I plan to use a different mechanic from here on out.

Watch this place, they quoted $1000 for a job that cost $240 to $300 at another...its too bad. With cars, they have it down pretty close in the manuals for repair time..

My experience with Todd was a true nightmare. September 12 my vehicle broke down on a job 2 hrs from my home. I check reviews for local mechanics and paid to have my car towed to a close garage with impeccably reviews stating specifically how "honest" and "fair" they were in every one of the 5, 5 star reviews. During several conversations he expressed interest in keeping my vehicle for his son but wanted it for free since it was not worth the fix at HIS quote. He came back with quote more then $500 over my local mechanic so I explained I would send a tow to bring it home. He stated his son really wanted the car and suddenly there is a $600 storage fee that to this point was never once mentioned in 4 prior conversation and he is filing for an abandon vehicle to take the title of my car. I can honestly say I have never had such a horrible experience with any garage I have ever visited and was taken completely off guard at a mechanic blatantly trying to steal my vehicle for his kid. After consulting an attorney I found there are no laws in Maine protecting a customer from undisclosed storage fees so not only did we have to pay but Todd made us drive 2 hrs with cash to avoid having to claim the cash. For reference the vehicle he claimed not worthy to fix was repaired for 200 back at my local garage!
