“Shout out to Chase at Topsham, Maine location! We had an extremely complicated situation trying to change my husband from another carrier to my plan. My husband's carrier made it impossible to make it a smooth transition. Chase was so helpful, and in our time spent with him we got to witness his interactions with other customers. Some were nasty (totally unnecessary!), but Chase remained calm and professional. Think this gentleman is a keeper and the company should give him a raise! Need help with anything, go see Chase!”
