I was walking in into The Nouria store today and saw and employee outside sweeping and she saw a customer struggling to put air into her tires. The employee not only showed her how to do it, but she did the first tire for her- customer was able to do the others by herself after the instruction. You don’t see that anymore! Nice job!

Nouria took over the Lewiston location and they are a total disaster. Firstly the store itself was unstocked and dirty. Floors were disgusting when I walked in and the weather that day was not a factor. The Stock was not rotated and everything was dusty. I applied (because I was jobless and really needed something) and got a call back, had THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL interview I've ever had in my life. They were more concerned with laughing about who is eating what and weather or not one of the employees would last. After the interview I was told to expect a call from HR... two weeks passed and I heard nothing. I reached out and the managers didn't even remember who I was. Another week later I got a call from HR asking if I'd come In for an interview. After informing them I'd already had one, I was once again told to wait for a phone call which never came. It felt extremely disorganized and chaotic. I will never work there and I will probably never shop there again either.

Nouria has taken over a business in Berlin, MA. They have ruined it. They are not restocking. They are increasing prices across the product line. They have replaced quality products with known and reliably marked ingredients for staple snacks, etc. seem to have no interest to community at the least a reliable commitment to educate consumers.

If you wish to be treated disrespectfully, this is the place for you! We went in and used the bathroom and I got a six pack. When I was checking out my 5 year old son wanted a toy so I said okay. My son touched maybe one toy, he is 5. The woman behind the counter then rudely said he couldn't touch any of the toys. I was so taken aback by how rude this woman was.... We were wearing masks and minding our own business. If she had a problem she could have sprayed disinfectant. You don't say that to a 5 year old and someone who just spent money at your establishment. Also mind you I am 32 years old and the woman behind the register ID'ed me and saw I was from Rhode Island and started making a big deal. I honestly felt profiled.
