Hours say 10-7, however, showed up at 1:30 and doors were locked and lights were off. No sign on the door to say if they were closed, or off for lunch. I get needing a lunch break but if that is the case maybe a sign on the door stating what time they will return could be of help.

I am not sure where the fault lies, be it the in store staff or online staff, however on the website when you choose this location, nearly all items show as in stock but upon arriving to the store you'll find out that's untrue. To say this is frustrating is an understatement. The last time I made an online order to be picked up I was told all items were in stock at the time of purchase. When I arrived the store employees told my my toner wasn't in stock and she suggested what I was told was another toner of a similar shade. I'll admit that I should have read the box better but as it was the same brand and nearly the same packaging I trusted it. It wasn't a toner, it was permanent hair color and my misfortune is that I didn't realize this until it was already in my hair. Now my hair that I worked hard to lighten to platin is purple when it should be Super frustrating how unreliable this store and the employees here are. Today I spoke to a nice employee over the phone who looked at their stock to see if they had the items I needed and same as always the website showed the item as in stock but the employee told me that wasn't true. My friend called 5 minutes prior and who over answered the phone for her wouldn't even look for the item. It's incredibly inconsistent here with staff and stocking. I won't be bringing my business here moving forward. I have a better chance ordering online and getting my items shipped. I hope management takes this complaint seriously because you'll keep losing business with unhelpful employees. Not to mention you have to have graduated from beauty school and have your cosmetology license to work here so the fact that your employee gave me permanent color when I needed a toner is terrible! Do better!

Very small nail selection. I purchased a gel polish that is not the usual brand I purchase because it was the only white gel they had in the whole store. Brand is “Naturalism”. It is awful, takes forever to cure, and chips after one day, and to make it worse I spent $13 on the 0.27 fl oz container. Called to try to return and they apparently will not take back an item that’s been used- even when item does not perform as promised. very disappointed. will not be taking my business to sally anymore, sad for them to lose a frequent customer.

I picked out a color remover here. The worker directed me towards one that she thought was better. WRONG! I put it on and didn't even leave it on for the full time suggested as my color came out super quick. This product FRIED MY HAIR my hair was in a healthy direction and now it is up to my shoulders and broken. Next time I will go with my intuition.

Went to this location on Saturday 7/3 in the afternoon and they were locked and closed. There weren't any signs on the door stating they were closed for the day or holiday, nothing. Kind of disappointing. I will try again this week seeing as they are the closest location to me.

I placed an online order this morning for store pickup. Received an email saying my order wouldn't be available for four hours, which was great because I couldn't get to the store until after work later today. When I placed my order I was reminded that the store closed at 6 pm, perfect. I planned to be there at 4:45. I called the store ahead to double check that my order (prepaid) was indeed ready before I made the 30 minute drive to the Sally's store. When I got to the store at 4:45, the door was locked and the lights out. I couldn't believe it! I walked around to a couple of other stores to see if the store person had an emergency or something to explain why the store was closed. When I got in my car to go home (pissed!) I saw that lights go on in "Sally's" and a store clerk unlocking the door! I was clearly annoyed and had to explain/remind the clerk I had spoken to her before I left work and told her I would be there by 5 . . . Thought that should be safe with Sally's closing time of six. She said, oh, I had some cleaning up to do in the "back" ---- couldn't have put a note on the door or left the lights on?? Seriously?? I know we are in a pandemic and would certainly understand if an emergency came up, but this was sloppiness on the part of the person working in the store.

Went in to Sally's to find nail polish to decorate nails for Halloween. They do have a large variety of nail supplies and I found a few items that I thought would work for me, I ended up spending triple the amount I had budgeted for. When I got home and painted my daughter's nails the 11$ nail pen broke after 2 minutes of use and all the polish I put on started to flake and chip within minutes. It definitely wasn't worth the trip to Sally's.

I find hair supplies here that I cannot find any where else. It is a small store, but they efficiently use every bit of space. I have found the staff to be extremely pleasant - I was acknowledged and greeted when I entered, I was asked if I needed any assistance, and when I had questions, they were more than willing to find answers. I enjoyed my experience here and I plan to continue being a customer of theirs.
