The tech appeared to be new to the nail industry. He ground my nails to the point it felt like he was going to drill through them! The shape has to corrected by another tech and the French tips aren’t all that great. 😒

Not the best mani/pedi I've had. I felt like the guy just kind of rushed me out and didn't really put any effort into the service.
