I am consistently impressed by the quality and breadth of Target’s product selection, the cleanliness of the store and the cheerfulness (and presence) of the staff. Kudos to your executive teams for creating this environment and being consistent whether you’re in an urban area like Houston, Texas or a small town like Topsham, Maine.

I’ve been coming to Target for over a decade. Part of our regular routine, love the store. However the Topsham store suffers from chronic understaffing and under stocked grocery. Empty shelves. Today the checkout line is 50 deep. Unacceptable. Please solve this so we can move you back to a five star rating where you belong.

I shop at the target in Topsham on a regular basis. I can't blame Target for what happened today but I do blame a cashier/Mary.There were 10 open checkout stations and there are five self-pay stations. One of the self- pay stations is for customers who have fewer items. I had ONE item.I chose that self check-out and it just so happened that Mary was just opening the register and I was the first customer. Mary said that register wasn't opened yet and it would take a few minutes. I said, that's OK, I'll wait. Mary would NOT allow me to use the register. She claimed that she didn't know where I was in line and that she would call people from out of the line herself. She basically blocked the register unless she felt that you were the one SHE wanted to use it.I got back into the LONG line. I had lost my original position in line, so I had to go to the BACK AGAIN.Less than two minutes later, Mary began chosing people whom she deemed worthy, tonuse HER self check-out. After having pulled two people, I noticed the line begin to grow as others walked up without her permission and she didn't stop anyone else but me from using the self check-out.She was simply throwing her weight around and she discriminated against me.This is wrong!! She doesn't have the right to say who can and cannot use a self check-out. I will be persuing discrimination charges. She can not tell people that they aren't allowed to use a register and turn around and allow others to use it. That is the definition of discrimination and I hope Target does something about it. I will be in touch with corporate or a lawyer. I was sick, I had one thing, medicine and she treated me unfairly because she wanted to. I was embarrassed and humiliated. She was loud enough about it and blocking the register in such a way, that another customer was scared to step forward to get a Starbucks coffee and felt the need to explain to Mary, that she wasn't trying to stand in line. She just wanted a Starbucks coffee.

The associate I worked with for my return in store was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable as well as professional! She made the whole experience very easy.

This is absolutely the worst Target I have ever been to. There is always an extremely long line to check out with self checkout and 1 or no workers working the other registers. When I place orders for pick-up they are never ready on time and they do NOT answer their phones, none of them! It is impossible to get ahold of a human being at this store.

This is the dirtiest Target I have ever been in. Blood on the women's bathroom floor, the entire store was filthy and the selection was poor. I'd rather go to Wal-Mart, which is sad because Target is supposed to be a step up not down from Wal-Mart.

Clothes, medicine, fun items, basic needs. That sums up target. This one was clean and when doing a evening Sunday run for some quick items to start my week, I found friendly staff, a human cashier, and so many choices. Much bigger than the target I’m used to.

Have been calling Target for several days to check on a particular Seasonal candy but the phone just keeps ringing and never gets picked up. Several times over 3 days I tried calling non-stop for about 30 minutes each time for either the Front Desk or Food Department but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I had checked the website and it said the candy was in-stock and listed the aisle. Finally just drove over there and the spot on the shelf is empty. Was told that they hadn't gotten around to putting that candy on the shelf. Talked to the "manager" at the Front Desk about nobody answering the phone and was told that the phone hadn't rang for her entire shift. Seriously?!? The phone didn't ring for hours and she doesn't think that's strange??? Tried calling the South Portland Target a few times today and they don't answer the phones either. Incredibly pathetic customer service...

I am completely an utterly appalled. I cannot fathom why the Starbucks employees within target are not allowed to receive tips. Not only are these corporations under paying people and literally watching them suffer. They’re also telling them they cannot accept a tip. how does this accomplish anything and who the hell is in charge?Deliberately, tearing down our economy, stupid. Whoever decided this should be charged with the falling of the United States.

Answer your phone Target. Horrible. South Portland Target is so much better. Too bad they didn't have what we need In stock. Have South Portland train these people in topsham. I've called 5 separate times and rang for over 5 minutes. Wonderful.

This is the worst Target. Disorganized, clothes piled everywhere and on the floor, empty shelves with palettes of product stacked in the middle of aisles. I only go here if I truly can’t get something anywhere else.

I don’t understand how I could call six times and get no answer. I know you guys have at least 40+ employees and none of them are on the phone. crazy ironically I bet they’re all on their phones.
