David Gordon was incredibly helpful when I wanted to update my phone. He answered all of our questions with confidence and clear explanation. He even helped my mom with hers simply because it was laying on the table and he noticed a couple things she could change to make it easier for her. We really appreciated his transparency, knowledge, and conversations.

Today I finished up getting my new phone and updating my account with US Cellular.
Ian McBride waited on me and was very patient and knowledgeable helping me make decisions that work best for me. I cannot sing his praises enough, he was always polite and kind, answering all my questions. It took a few trips back and forth to complete all I needed and he was very good about letting me know when he would be available so I didn't have to restart or reexplain to a new person. Thank you US Cellular and Thank you Ian!!

Because I am something of a luddite, I often communicate with customer service people to better understand technology and my personal devices.
Crista Engel and David Dean at the U-S Cellular store in Topsham are two of the best I have ever encountered. Extemely kind, patient and helpful.
I hope you do what it takes to keep them in Topsham forever.

I went into this location looking to upgrade 3 lines and get 3 new phones. I called ahead and spoke with Ian. When I arrived, I asked for Ian as he knew my reason for coming in. Ian answered every one of my questions and helped me find the best deal possible! He was up front and honest about every avenue I was trying to take to get myself new phones. He found me the best deal that was affordable for me. And I walked away with 3 new phones! I couldn’t be more happier with the out come! I’ve been with US cellular for more than 20 years. And Ian was by far the most helpful/knowledgeable sales man at US cellular I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend the topsham location for all your cell phone needs! Thank you again Ian! I will most definitely be back to see you when I am due for another upgrade!

I had my service cancelled last year in June, returned the phones and was refunded, halfway through my bank, and half through cashapp. (This was all within the dates of the refund policy which is why I was refunded in the first place) When I wanted to cancel the service and be refunded, I was met with rude attitudes, and then saying “well you used most of the data” this was data that I in fact DID NOT USE, the service was so bad I couldn’t even load a FaceTime call, it didn’t make sense why it mattered what was used since they allow refunds lmao!
NOW all of a sudden I have an outstanding balance on my credit report! This is unacceptable, and
quite frankly shady as hell! I knew something was going to happen so I made sure to record videos of the phone’s conditions, recording myself returning them to the store and stating how unhappy I was with the service, and I also have screenshots of the refund payments in my accounts.
I did not have this service longer than 2 weeks, I switched to Verizon and have been with them ever since!

My husband and I both had issues with our phones and went into the store to get assistance recently. The staff working there spent a lot of time helping us and were extremely helpful, personable, and professional. I had two follow up visits with questions, and each time I left with my phone issue taken care of. I highly recommend US Cellular and this store in particular.

I had a wonderful experience upgrading my phone With help from Ian. He was very efficient with his time and super helpful getting my screen protector put on and all my information transferred over. He was very kind and easy to talk to overall great experience and I love my new phone.

Earlier this month I was overcharged for a mistake that the billing department made. I went in and spoke with Ian, who was absolutely useless. His manager suggested he call the customer care line, at which point he told me to call. I went around in circles with him to the point where I simply left. I would not expect any help from this store. Ian has no use being in a customer facing role when he clearly does not have any motivation or care for the customer.

1 star is too good for the experience we had there . 4 hours there . Bad information given to us. . I even had to transfer our phone info at home . Alot more bad stuff during our visit aswell .Will never return to this location. Mgr gave me wrong email to their district Mgr.

Spoke with 2 staff about what I thought would be quick fix. They were rude and useless. Not interested at all in helping. Have always experienced great people in the past. Unpleasant experience.
