Mike from the Topsham location provided exceptional service. He came out to my car and made the bluetooth connection from my vehicle to my iphone. He took the time to explain what he was doing and show me how to connect another device when necessary. When I asked him what I owed him, he said, "Just have a nice rest of your day."

SPENCER DOWD! I cannot say enough positive things about Spencer. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable about the product and plans, and was so patient and able to really spell it out for me so that I felt 100% comfortable and confident with the plan and phone I walked away with. My Husband both went to Topsham ,Maine Store and could not of asked for a more feeling of Welcome as we did with Daniel Hall !He has one Great personality and a knowledge of what we needed .We both have new Cell Phones with UScellular and service with you, Thanks to Daniel ! We went in to get help setting up our Voicemails and he was with another Customer but made sure we was help and a young Lady Ryan was very helpfull and got us all setup. UScellular is very Lucky to have such Great employees in there Topsham Location as we the customers are to have them . Got the new iPhone 13 pro max back in November of 2021 had nothing but problems with my service. Bill is always ridiculously high.. two phones for 450 bucks a month??♀️ Can’t wait to pay these off and switch I’m over it…Sept 27 2022 … it’s 12:44am and my account is NOT past due in fact it IS IN GOOD STANDING. but they disconnected my service.. of course they don’t have a 24 customer help line so now I can’t work until I call them tomorrow at 8am.. ??♀️??♀️ I AM SOOOO DONE!!!! DO BETTER!!!! I HAVE had NOTHING but issues since I got this phone. And now this!!! What the heck!!!

We went to US Cellular in Topsham to order our new free phones. The girl who "helped" us was silent, non communicative and unsmiling, even sullen. She spoke ONLY if asked a question. We felt as if we were imposing and wasting her time . When we returned days later to pick up our phones, her demeanor and attitude were unchanged. She was totally unhelpful in transferring from old to new phones. We left not knowing how to proceed. We then went to USCellular in Rockland where the difference was like night and day. The staff very cheerfully and accomplished the transfer. We will never do business at Topsham again.

Absolutely terrible to deal with. Customer service is useless in store and the call center. Can never find anyone to help with anything. In store they are always tricking you with hidden charges and my bill is constantly going up. Will never use them again

First the store is filthy. I saw spatter all over the clear plexiglass at the registers. The dust was so thick it was disgusting. I was told several different things when I went to upgrade a phone. They also have all kinds of fees. My bill is very expensive already. I was told I couldn’t take advantage of a free phone being offered. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. I left the store called customer service and got worse treatment. Was told we needed to choose a cheaper phone to lower my bill. I asked what am I paying for? He couldn’t answer me. It would be a huge amount to go to another cell phone company so I am stuck. I am only staying until I can get out of my contract and I am leaving.
