Initially fearing a leak due to the odor, we called the company’s regular number and through the answering service, was almost immediately put in touch with technician Corey, who called us within 5 minutes. He was extremely patient and advised us over the phone initially but was at our house within a half an hour. He explained to us that the reason for our smelling the “propane smell”was normal as we had run out. He quickly got us an emergency refill, courtesy Bill and Jacob. So, three guys came and fixed our problem on a long holiday weekend with patience and smiles within two hours. Customer service straight out of the 1960s! These techs made us very loyal customers to Waldo County Oil and Propane by their exemplary brand of customer service. You guys rock!”
