The staff are typically really friendly, always kind, helpful, and learn regular customers by name. The store is known for its excellent fuel prices, often the best in the area, and customers can still pump gas then pay. It offers delicious homemade foods like whoopie pies, apple cake, potato salad, muffins, and pumpkin white chocolate chip pecan cookies, all at reasonable prices. They also have the freshest steaks. A noted drawback is the lack of an indoor restroom, with customers directed to a portapotty.
