The gentlemen that works in the Turner, Me office named Steve, was very helpful and friendly. We moved out due to prices but had a great experience with Steve and greatly appreciate how helpful he has been!

When we reserved our storage unit it was very helpful that day then today we show up and he came right out and explained everything to us and a friendly way he was very helpful because we never dealt with this before we appreciate it thank you Jay and Barbara

Every few months they would raise the price of the unit. Over 18 months our unit price almost doubled. They tried making improvements to the road due to flooding, but instead of tarring, they just seal coated it and it's all torn up again. There is no cameras that I could see and no gate to get in. We originally picked it at our unit location because we were in a pickle and it was what we could get in last minute. So if all you need is something last minute, this is your place. We figured out something different for our storage solutions.

First time meeting someone that worked at the self storage unit had to get a new lock and Steve the employee there was really helpful with helping me get the old lock off and getting a new lock on there. Definitely need more employee like Steve to help and have a good attitude. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

Steve is an awesome customer service representative for Cube Smart. They probably don’t pay him enough. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the rental and get me a good price.

After several months of trying to get the door fixed on the unit B4U20_21 Steve has gone above n beyond in trying to resolve this for me!! I have not had access to that side of this unit so anything I needed on that side I had to move items from the other side to get to them. Which had been a huge inconvenience! I feel as though I have been given the run around for all these months, it has been at least 6 months since I reported this issue but I have not been given any type of discount or compensation for this until recently! The prior manager could never give me a straight answer, always had an excuse for why nothing has happened to fix this but I've been expected to pay the full amount for it when I could only access one side. Very poor business management as far as im concerned and terrible customer service on cubesmarts behalf!
I feel that now that Steve is involved this will be resolved, and his knowledge in this business seems very helpful in this type of situation so he will definitely be a good asset to this company as I think his customer service n interaction with me was exceptional!!!

I don't give any stars to CubeSmart. I was behind on my storage unit payment, but I told them I could pay them in full on March 7th and they declined it. They put my storage unit up for auction and it closed on March 6th. They realized they were not going to make their money back because it was only selling for $110 so they called me the night the auction ended on March 6th and offered me to buy my storage unit back. So I had to pay for the missed payments (of course) plus pay a $110 for a lean fee, plus an additional $110 to buy the unit back. But the kicker, they said it was okay for me to pay them on March 7th. But they originally declined that offer in the beginning. Also they jack the prices up about every 3 months. I originally started paying $172 a month when it was owned by the previous owners. They bought it two months later and went up to $213, 3 months later it went up to $254 and now it's at $304.
I would not recommend cube smart to anyone

Manager never at work I am still waiting on a refund on the lock I never used and turned in the October 2024 hopefully he can call me this Thursday when he returns from vacation
