Waiting on a call back to come see a car. Told them if we agreed on a price i would take it home. They stated all sales include transport. This stinks like a scam. Stay away, don't send money, read all the reviews. This can't be real

Looks to be another scam car sales place. The garage outside is no way the garage on the inside, like shown in the pictures. I just went through the same thing in Virginia. R&J how do they get away with this stuff.dont be fooled. Please be careful with this place, I just got off the phone with one of them, when I started to ask questions, he hung up on me. His voice is not American sounding. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, ONCE YOU SEND THEM ANY MONEY YOU CAN'T GET IT BACK. Just wanted to let you know. The pictures of the inside of the garage can't be the same garage that is shown from the outside. Please be careful. All the reviews are old. The sign on the street is all worn out. This can't be a real business.

I brought my 75 Malibu in for service today, Shawn and Eric couldn't have been more helpful. They ran into problems with parts I got and parts that had been replaced before. I was notified right away with everything they found and we came up with a plan to get the car fixed. Highly recommend them and some of the best customer service I've come across in a very long time. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Shaun is attentive and informative. He explains what is needed now and the impact of taking or not taking action. He is also accommodating and he knows his customers! He always considers my driving habits when making recommendations for maintenance. Been with him for years. Servicing six, or is it seven, cars now including kids’ cars - that’s trust.

Shawn Lannigan conducts his business in a way that you simply don’t see anymore. Whatever the issue, he won’t stop until everything is right, and he will do it with a smile on his face. It’s hard to find a business that has integrity, especially when dealing with female customers. I highly recommend Shawn’s business. If you want someone who is honest, and knows the true meaning of Customer Service, then Shawn’s Auto Repair is the place for you!
