This pharmacy's policy is to not provide refills until the very last day, so if it's a holiday or you can't make it in that day, you're forced to go without your medication.

Be careful about this place they're having supply issues, they'll tell you it's the Doctor that didn't call it in I caught them in a lie again. Their concern about their customers is lacking

When I call to fill a prescription I feel as tho I am always rushed on the phone, they never ever seem happy in person or over the phone. ????

These people are not helpful in the slightest. After working as a pharmacy technician for years, I’m honestly disgusted with the lack of customer service here. Went to pick up my medicine today and was told they can’t give it to me. No further info. After pulling teeth, I was finally told it was just that insurance wouldn’t pay for it yet. They didn’t tell me that was the issue nor give me any info for paying out of pocket which was only $30.I have been going to this pharmacy for 2 years now because the next closest one is 30 min away, and it seems it’s never as simple as just picking up medicine, it ends up being an argument every time just to get my own medication and it’s exhausting.

This is my favorite pharmacy. They remember you, always have your prescriptions in stock, and fill them so quickly it's amazing. I also enjoy the fact that because it is a small town Pharmacy you can get to know the pharmacist and the pharmacy techs that work there so you never have to worry about if they will remember you and the fact that you are in need of a certain prescription at a certain time of the month. I highly recommend this Pharmacy to anyone.
