Mailman never came to door with package which is right across the street. Claims he did make an attempt. However, we have been home all day and NOBODY knocked on our door! I am not the only one that is very unsatisfied with this carrier. I only moved in a year ago and was unaware of this mail carrier's reputation. I am a disabled Veteran and find it difficult to go to post office and this will be the third time I will have to go.. I just wish he was honest about attempting to deliver the package. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I came in with a few questions about shipping multiple items out of state and they were able to direct me to the most affordable shipping options and package sizes to fit my needs. Because of their advice, I was able to save both time and money when shipping out what I needed.

They don't even try to deliever package in winter. We got a note in mailbox that they tried to deliever a letter that needs signature. No one came to door and knocked or even drove in driveway that is plowed and clean to drive and walk on. We have salt down. It's winter in maine.... it's also not hard to open our back gate and knock on door. When we call to schedule a drop off for said package they don't answer phones at all and just get busy tone all day.. in the past multiple times the delievery people have damaged my car for putting heavy packages on my hood of expensive car. They don't even repair damages even when you show them proof and have them on video. This service needs to be better and need workers who care and reliable and have a boss who can lead and teach.

The woman who runs the place is a joke. Doesn't notify people when they aren't getting mail. Rude customer service. Lazy post workers.

I am getting mad at my delivery person. He does not pick up my outgoing mail when theres none to deliver to me. He does this all the time.

Always rude. Today July 11, 2020 the delivery driver threw a package in the middle of my yard instead of putting it on my front porch.
