Bryan even checked out my car with no appointment when I cruised in panicked after just having scraped the bottom of my car on a bump. I cannot speak more highly of this place. “I found my new mechanic! I went to Troy this morning to get my car inspected after a suggestion from a friend. I always get nervous that I’m going to getting taken advantage of due to being a young female but he was so kind and when he put my car on the lift he talked me through what he was looking and and pointed out things that might need to get fixed in the future to give me a heads up which is very nice. He made the process easy and painless! I will be suggesting him to everyone especially females. Thank you so much!”

“Not sure what happened but made an appointment on 6/23/25 for 7/8/25 with owner Kevin to have wheel bearing checked out and repaired if needed. Arrived at 0700 to drop off the car. Receptionist arrived at 0710. She could not find my appointment written in the schedule. I could only assume Kevin forgot to write it down. It happens. She asked me if I was going to wait. I told her no for I had a ride. Since I was not in her schedule, I was concerned they would be able to get to my car because only one mechanic seemed to be there and her schedule seemed to be packed. I questioned that and she gave me my car keys back and said I had an attitude and that I could take it up with Kevin. She told me to leave. KC's Auto has mostly 5 star reviews. I am new to the area and have been looking for a local reliable honest mechanic. I thought I'd give KC's Auto a shot. After six hours, owner, who had been out for personal reasons, called back, apologized for the inconvenience and said to bring my car right in.”
