“I was banking with Capital One until today. I was looking for a bank or credit union with local branches. After doing a lot of research online I decided to open an account here. The people I encountered were very friendly and 100% professional. They took the time to answer each of my questions. They got me setup with online banking. They even made me a debit card right on the spot. It once took me 3 weeks to get one with Capital One. Imagine 3 weeks without a debit card and no local branches to withdraw money. Nope. Not doing that again. If today's experience is a normal customer experience, I will be here forever! 100% recommend! 100% satisfied!”

“I had met Lexi the branch manager just over a year ago at the Gym. Another gentleman and I were talking about building a garage. He said to me I don't have your money, I said your wife is a bank manager you should be able to get all the money you need. Just joking Well Lexi heard us talking and joined right in the conversion Lexi asked where his wife worked. He told her and the conversion went on and finally I asked Lexi what the interest rate was on a new vehicle.She said what it was and I asked how much interest on CD's. She informed me that their was a special promotion coming out in April. I said I will be in the morning of that day. I think she probably thought right she has heard that old story before. But little did she know I was there. Refinanced my pickup and opened up a CD. You see if she didn't have the great personality I wouldn't have never known. This what I call a go getter this young lady will go a long ways in life And the staff she has around her there in Vassalboro are great also. I really haven't been in there enough to really get to know them yet but I will. I might say that they are in the remodel process but don't let this scare you away great Bank, Great interest rates better than Bangor savings which we have been with for years Just pennies back in interest on savings a year. And great people I might say no matter where I'm doing business or who with the people you face there day in and day out is what keeps me going back. Thank You Team. Respectfully Ken”
