The work done on my car was fantastic. I have 2 complaints,
1) underestimating how long the repair will take. I was told a week when first looked at my car. Took 2 weeks and 1 day
2) Communication wasn't great when asking when the car would be ready.
I would still highly recommend J.C. Autobody but would let them know it takes longer than stated

Jim runs a terrific business. Very professional, and the work is superb. When we picked up our vehicle it had been not only washed...it had been completely detailed! We were more than satisfied.

Seamless experience. They coordinated with Enterprise to have a ride waiting for me. Quoted 6-7 business days for the work and were spot on. I Opted for the interior detailing for $39.99 and it was like stepping into a brand new car. Body work was top notch. These guys rock.

Unfortunately I was a victim of a hit and run but JC Auto Body performed quality work and the process was easy since my insurance pointed me in their direction. Quick estimate process. Great communication and documentation. Yes, they're busy and it takes a bit to get in after the initial estimate but everything was done when they said it would be. Automated text and web based portal kept me informed every step. Car came back super clean and smelling good.
