I just had service installed. That went well. However, I had inquired as to my initial tank fill up and was told that this would be scheduled within 24-48 hours of the installation. The install was Wednesday; it is now Friday night and fuel was not delivered. I had been looking forward to my first hot shower; I will be waiting until next week. Damn disappointing. And getting someone on the phone is very very slow.

Horrible customer service ask them to remove their tanks over a year ago just did it changed me non usage fee and took a spare take that was there that did not belong to them their prices are higher then anyone else.

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. They can never answer the phone. Than when they do you tell them you want a certain amount of propane say 350$ worth than they fill your tank costing you 1300$!!! And say well tuff. We take payments for our mistake. What a joke of a company. Never do business with them!

I have called for 2 days to get a propane delivery, no phones are answered, NOT a human to be had, my tenant is out of propane and its winter, this is NO way to conduct business,. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Super service! Contacted me immediately to confirm my on-line order and delivered the next day. With Downeast since I moved here, driver's are the best!! Only company with a hose long enough to reach my jacked up fill location.

I'm trying to pay a bill with a credit card. On my online account it says: We’re experiencing issues processing online payments. Please contact your local office if you are trying to pay a bill. Then you phone the local office. The phone rings and rings and no one answers. No answering machine either. On the paper bill it's so retro, there's nowhere to pay with a credit card. Then they urge you to go paperless. How can I go paperless when you can't pay with a credit card? You would have no bill to send in with your payment! Very frustrating company. Also, watch out for the surcharges they sneak on to every bill.

Can never get ahold of anyone the phones are always down... when you get home 2 days before Christmas and get a bill for 5.999 a gallon when coworkers and friends all pay under 3$ per gallon

I'm unsure how or why any customer service driven company would ever conduct business the way this company does. Apparently answering their phone is not part of whatever service they provide. Since I can't reach anyone, delivering fuel clearly isn't either. I've even filled out a web form and left a message with their answering service because at least they answer the phone. Sadly, I'm a current customer who has been slowly running out of fuel but can't even speak to anyone to get on the schedule. With this storm coming, we will see what happens if I run out. I've already contacted 2 lawyers that have advised there is definitely an avenue to pursue legally. I have never sued a company before but if my elderly mom ends up suffering because they are neglectful, I will gladly make them my first. I am switching companies as soon as I can find one. Just terrible business.

Great people here but their oil prices are considerably higher than every other company. My latest cost per gallon was $3.50 (3/19/20) which is almost $1.00 per gallon more than all the other companies in area and for the same date. No where on their website gives an indication of what you are going to pay per gallon.

Awful customer service. Rarely answer their phones. Prices three times most companies for propane. Would have left Less than one star if possible. Avoid these people.

I called to get propane on 11-18-19, I was told it would be delivered on Friday 11-22-19 but that never happend. The sad part about it, it's the second time this has happend. Hopefully will be here Monday. So I got my delivery on Saturday 11-23-19, when I looked I my bill the propane price was $5.08 a gallon, needless to say I was shocked by the price. So I started going through my old receipts and by the looks of it im pretty sure they've ripped me off a few times. So folks check your bills and make sure they're accurate!
