East Forty Farm and Dairy creates original, hand-crafted cheeses from the milk of its Jersey cows. The cheeses are phenomenal, delicious, incredible, and a wonderful taste of coastal Maine. They are savory, unique, creamy, and nourishing. The farm also offers platters and cheese plates with perfectly paired accompanying bites like homemade crackers, dried fruit, and olives. The business provides warm hospitality and ships its products. It is a pretty farm with happy animals.
Always a stop when in Midcoast Maine. The cheese is absolutely delicious, I love the low key hut, and every time I've been I've had a lovely conversation with Allison as well. Sometimes you can see adorable cows while here! But sometimes not! Some reviewers get confused by that.

I saw a road sign for cheese and so glad I pulled off. I bought the Medallion, the Morgan and the Bleu and each one is absolutely delicious! The owners are wonderful as well.
