Very difficult store to deal with. The lady is very rude, unhelpful, condescending and acts like you are bothering her. Both gentlemen are great and helpful.
I visited the store again for help with my new phone. The staff in Waldoboro is absolutely incompetent in every way. Zero customer service skills and even worse technical skills. I gave up wasting my time and went to Augusta.

The reviews are CORRECT. DON’T BOTHER. Make the trip to Rockland. (And DON’T mistake Thomaston for Rockland.. heard they are EVEN WORSE than Waldo.)
Been a customer over 15 years and been in Waldoboro store 3 times. All 3 times same thing. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

Dropped in to discuss moving my 3 phones over to USc. Staff was busy with two other customers (a couple, and a business client)...no problem...but I was the only other one in the store. No greeting, no "Welcome! We'll be with you soon"...nothing. Grabbed a rate flier from behind the counter. Waited a bit longer. Still no acknowledgment, so I left. Left a bad taste in my mouth wrt UScellular in general. At the very least avoid this location, but if this is how they train their employees I'd suggest avoiding the company.

After sitting patiently waiting for 5 to 10 minutes it wasn't until one of the sales people even acknowledged me being there and the was told that they wouldn't get to me today because they close at 6. Yes they were helping other customers but at least take a second to acknowledge me being there.

Where is the zero star option? Worst customer service out of ANY us cellular dealer I’ve ever experienced. I’ve given this place a few chances and I’ve gotten nothing but rude staff, ask to talk to the manager and it’s clear where the staff get their service skills from. It’s unreal. Upgrades, new lines, opening an account, for your own good, reconsider this location and drive out of the way for better service!

I am VERY pleased to write this 5 PLUS star review to U.S. Cellular - Airwaves Waldoboro, with a special shout out to Stephanie Lafrenaye who went WAY above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Her friendly, knowledgable and very timely response actually made dealing with technology a pleasure (which I didn't even know was possible !) Due to this great experience, I am most definitely switching over to US Cellular from the provider I have had for over 10 years! Thank you!
