Our experience with U-Haul this time was a nightmare from beginning right up to when we drove in to drop off the truck, opened the (horrific and troublesome) app and it mysteriously changed the drop off location which would have cost us more time, gas and also put us over in mileage. By now, with everything going on, we were at our wits end. Thank God we called the cell phone number (which, by the way, is available 24/7) and NOT the U-Haul number. Steve answered and changed everything. He was calm, upbeat and extremely helpful. He put our minds at ease that we wouldn't be hit with any unexpected fees, he corrected whatever the problem was with the drop off location and we were out of there in literally under ten minutes--a far cry from the more than an hour to pick it up and wonder what was going to happen when we couldn't finish the pick up process on the app. With Wen U Need Us, we had a receipt in our inbox within 20 minutes and everything was fine thanks to Steve and Wendy. If we could only deal with them, we would be U-Haul customers for life.”
