“I stopped in today to turn in my application for a PO Box, and there was a bit of a misunderstanding at the front desk. I’ve never opened a temporary PO Box, and I am positive most of the confusion caused was on my end. Once I got home I received a call from Sheryl (apologies if this is the wrong spelling). She remembered me from my previous visit, and took the time to correct the misunderstanding. I really appreciate this effort. It means a lot to me that someone is taking the time to make sure everything is in order. Thank you for all your help! :)”
“They scanned a package as being delivered to my mailbox but it wasn't delivered. When I called them they said the tracking number wasn't a good tracking number for the post office and it wasn't in their system. I guess it's lost.”

“Small office but has all the services you need. Parking is a little wonky but that's okay. The gentlemen that works behind the counter is so kind and helpful. He always helps me put together flat rate boxes.”
