I have never seen a Carrier so lazy in her job as Miranda on the W Washington Rd route. She absolutely REFUSES to deliver any packages! She causes issues EVERY TIME I send a package to my daughter. UPS & FedEx deliver, but not her. She should be FIRED for not doing her job.
