The customer service here is awful, they don't know what they're doing and they don't bother try to figure it out, including the manager. I wouldn't expect employees to know everything, but their willingness to use their sources and help you is zero. If you're the manager at an auto parts store you should have at least SOME knowledge about cars, but he's rude and doesn't seem to know anything.On multiple occasions I called ahead of time to confirm they had the part I needed in stock before I made the drive. When I arrived, they suddenly didn't have it, and made very little effort to find the part. Never coming here again

Had to deal with a young woman cashier who had her father working beside her and I recieved a part that isnt even to my vehicle. Tore my car apart to replace the part just to find out it isnt even remotely close. Looked up the part # and it only fits one vehicle completely different than mine. Real hassle trying to get the correct part without a means of transportation. Hire people who know one car brand from another. Thanks

this buisness is garbage they will sell you the wrong parts then refuse to deliver the correct ones they will sell you an extra quart of oil you dont need to change your oil at 14.99 total scam artist do not shop here unless you have to

One time the car was dead cause I had bought a new alternator but did not get a new battery too. ? yes a dead battery will kill your new alternator!I had no tools with me to install battery so I could get it home. The guy came out and tested the junk battery dug up tools and helped install the new battery so I could drive home with the juice in it and install my second alternator. Thanks Buddy!

This store is useless for parts delivery they will not deliver to Limerick. If the owner wants to make money I suggest expanding delivery distance to 10 miles. You want someone to spend 200 dollars on a starter but you cannot deliver the part, your store is useless.

If I could leave negative ⭐ I would. I bought plugs and wires for my Subaru Forester and when my mechanic went to install them they were used!! Like REALLY??!!?? Bad customer service and how hard is it to check a product before handing over to a customer. It cost me extra time, gas and time off and did they care or compensate me in any way?? Absolutely Not. I will never return to Waterboro Napa!!
