“Over the years, I've frequented this PO and yes, it's the same person that works there. He is by the book, precise and professional. I believe it stems from a level of professionalism that isn't found often these days, where someone takes their job seriously. I would rather have someone who is meticulous, especially in a job such as this, as opposed to someone who is only interested in chatting or cracking jokes, which is what I found at the other main PO. Efficiency wins the game imo, I'm not there to get to know anyone really. Privacy is underrated.”

“The folks working this little country post office do all they can, but it's not reasonable to expect them to remind you to tell your friends to be expecting a package like the one person complains about, and anyone who uses the automatic service which is supposed to tell you by email when you've got something waiting at the post office and sometimes even displays a photo of what it is, *should* know by now that service doesn't work most of the time and is largely useless. What you *can* do instead of running down to the post office every day to check, if you're expecting something important, is to call them and ask, and my experience has always been that they're courteous and helpful in checking for you and saving you the trip. Five star Post Office easily!”
