I live close by, and even if I’m not looking for anything specific, I always enjoy coming in just to browse and soak it all in. I hadn’t seen my buddy Frank — the gentleman who owns the shop — during my recent visits, so I asked about him today and was so happy to hear he’s down in Florida staying nice and warm. He is always so friendly and welcoming, greeting everyone with the warmest smile, and he’s definitely missed. Seeing my buddy Frank’s smiling face is always a highlight of my visits. I also wanted to say that he has truly left the shop in great hands while he’s away. The wonderful, smiling, pleasant atmosphere he’s created is clearly being carried on, and it makes every visit just as enjoyable. Your shop is always clean, full of wonderful items at great prices, and I absolutely love the music that’s always playing — it adds so much to the experience. “Many years ago, I inherited my grandparents Queen Anne dining room set. Then had kids. Some of the chairs have been damaged or destroyed, so I wanted to find replacements to compliment what I had. I found them at Maine Antique Furniture! l needed them shipped to my home in MN without breaking the bank. Maine Antique accomplished that too! They informed me there would be a big shipping window as they arranged for the chairs to ride along another delivery, but they arrived sooner than expected. They were bubble wrapped completely and double boxed. Then the 3 boxes bound together on a pallet. Very conscientious packing! They’re in perfect condition and I can’t wait to use them! Thank you!”

“I recently bought an item from a Poulin Auction. There was a problem with it and I contacted them . They responded very quickly, offered a full refund and sent a shipping label to return the item even though it was not their fault in any way. Great customer service is getting to be the exception rather then the norm these days but not at Poulin, This was my first time dealing with them and the staff was great! They made things right and I highly recommend!”
