Very unprofessional showed up at ungodly hours to remove a vehicle that had been broken down for weeks just to leave with out it due to the people either not being home or awake considering it was 2:30am and they were called the day before and chose to show up at that time have also witnessed them coming here to pick up woman not vehicles would not recommend as I would never trust my vehicle with those kind of people maybe the business needs to look into the people they hire

I have AAA, and Arbos in Waterville was called to unlock my vehicle. When they arrived they called and my son went out to meet them. They said they had to leave because there was an accident. My son came into the house to tell me this. I then called the # of the person who called upon arrival to our house and was hung up on. I then tried calling again and the male that answered the call said, "Stop blowing up my f------ phone, I'm f------ working here and hung up." This was completely unacceptable in many ways. I called and complained to the owner Steve. I hope that his employee has been properly delt with. Extremely unprofessional, and I'd go as fer to say that this employee is a low life. Not somebody that I'd have working for me to represent my company!!Service: Car lockouts

I called because was stuck at my parents.. and I was not able to remove my tire. I heard the clank from the truck outside, figured I'd greet him...Came out and the tire had already been completed..completely stellar! The man had me laughing and everything. 100% will call again with any towing service needs if I am in the area. And the info has been posted to my parents refrigerator!
