“Even though it has been a while since Emma Boucher's review, which by no means is directly related to LaCroix's Garage's service experience and is just a poorly written, bitter attack, I feel the need to defend LaCroix's Garage. This woman's issue was unfounded and unsupported by the insurance company, to which she moved away before the adjuster even completed the review. It is cruel to leave a harsh review about a family business that has been around for almost seventy five years when she never stepped foot inside and had any work done. Being a nurse, she should be more professional and compassionate in nature.”
“We needed rocker panel work done on our Chevy Cruze to fix some rust spots, and Steve took care of everything from start-to-finish. Gave us a reasonable estimate, completed the work on-schedule, and matched everything up with the paint so that we can’t tell he worked on it. Obviously you never want rust on your car, but if you end up with some you want to call Main Auto Repair to fix it.”

“This is the only mechanic you should ever go to in Waterville. I was going crazy over a rattling noise from my exhaust and not only did they fix it in no time at all, on the way out I got two tips for fixing my bumper and another tip for cleaning my headlights. And the kicker? The guy didn’t even want to charge me. I don’t carry cash but needless to say I need to go find some and come back this place is well worth it.”
“We had several windows that were fogged on the inside. Portland Glass replaced the glass at a fraction of the cost of new windows. They did a great job. And Stephanie in the Waterville office is so easy to work with. She provided invoices promptly by email and always returned my calls. I would hire them again.”

“Carroll's Car Care did an amazing job making our car like new again. We were absolutely loving our ride to Virginia Beach, the car was so nice and clean inside. On our way down, we stopped for the night about half way to VA. On our way out of the restaurant, it took a moment to recognize the car. The car was not only shiny clean, they washed off and buffed out a giant red streak on my front bumper from a previous accident...my son is very thankful, ha ha. Thanks again, neighbors!”

Was on vacation with the family and just wanted to make sure I could make it back home with out it seizing on the Maine turnpike. I explained my situation they put it on the lift and checked it. “Went in for a 4 wheel alignment on my new to me explorer after putting new tires on at walmart cause it still had a sway going down the rd.. sure enough it was off by 3° on the drivers side back ..made a huge difference ..They mechanics there were very thorough , did excellent work , and explained everything out to us.. plus theres a 90 day warranty and recommend we bring it back in that time just to recheck it. Highly recommend VIP in Waterville. Loved them ❤️”
