“Was visiting Waterville and decided to stop by this JCPenney (to put it nicely) expecting to find a department store way past its prime. However! Upon entering the store it became very apparent the local staff take pride in their jobs and keep a clean well stocked store. I am more used to visiting JCPenney‘s that are Mall anchors with a much larger footprint. This store despite its smaller size seemed to offer a better variety of merchandise I would even say it almost felt like a miniature Macy’s versus a smaller scale JCPenney, I really liked the layout of the store and staff seemed friendly and happy.
Happy to see this legend of American retail, seeming to be doing quite well in the small city of Waterville”
