Was treaded like trash wasn't given all my medicine and when questioning the pharm tech was rude yelled hing up on when I had to call back again and told I can't go there for asking about my medicine then they refused to let me talk to a manger

I have just relocated and had to establish my RX provider at my new medical office , I first chose a competitor company ( W) as that was closer , they were not helpful and about to charge me more than triple for one RX . I requested all to be sent to CVS Waterville and had the best helpful members and got two Rx for $42.00 vs. one for $94.
Seems so odd that we should have to price shop for a medication . I feel terrible for others less resourceful that just pay whatever.

CVS management did something and many of the pharmacy crew left or transferred after decades of working there. Those people did their very best with limited help and had to decrease hours, like many businesses did because of short-staffing. The number of people working in the pharmacy now is double what it was. Do things move a bit quicker now? Yes, but I would prefer to have the friendly staff who knew everyone's name and who smiled warmly to greet you. Instead of getting more help for them, I believe they were pushed out. Despicable.
I really like and appreciate the rest of the staff in the general store who, thankfully, have not left. Please don't make this mistake again, CVS upper management.

Pros: they're cvs and can transfer your rx within their system fairly easily- so if you're away from home, you can still get your medication.
Cons: unreliable time estimates. Was told rx would be ready at 11. Got there at noon, rx not ready. Was told 10-15 minutes wait. They then closed up for lunch- 20 minutes later- without having called me to get my script. Had to tool around town for another hour+ until they reopened. Don't use these folks unless you have no other option.

Cvs is great with notifying me of when items are ready for pickup. They provide excellent customer service even when busy.

It's a drug store selling drug store stuff. It's about what you're expect. Friendly staff and clean.
