Clean store. Prices are high for donated items. LOTS of new items as well. More retail than thrift.

My husband and I absolutely love the goodwill chain, it has really helped us in times of need and overall just for a fun little Saturday trip to see what cool finds there are in the store. This was our first time at this location, however, and it was honestly just disappointing. A little vase the size of my hand was $6. A wooden lamp was $50. We couldn’t believe it. Isn’t goodwill supposed to be cost friendly? People donate all this for free and they have the audacity the charge insane prices for second hand items. Never going back.

Why is this Goodwill so much more expensive than ones situated in comparably more affluent towns? Prices for an odd piece of junk furniture or a used shirt are absurd here, but I find great deals at virtually every other location. C'mon, this is "Dollarville". And Goodwill, get rid of your weird boutique "Handpicked" stuff- the whole point was that you're a thrift shop, not a price gouging operation or an eBay outlet.

Second time in this Goodwill and my initial thoughts are the same. The pricing is outrageous. $10 for a used Walmart brand shirt that you can buy new...at WALMART for $8.88!!! Whole sections of new imported cheaply ( I mean cheaply) made products at ugly prices. $15 for a plush BAB bear. $9 for a used PS3 game. I could go on. I get it, Goodwill hates the fact that resellers were buying products there and making a profit online. They shouldn't be punishing the people who truly need decent pre-owned clothing at an affordable price. Goodwill is literally getting their inventory for FREE! Greatest business model ever, and yet they are screwing it up. Very sad.

I looked online and it said the store closes at 7, I arrived to a sign on the door stating the store closes at 4.
Went back the following morning and the place is practically bare of donated, usable items other than clothing and books. The items the store buys (crock type shoes, bed sets, gardening sets etc) take up about half the store.
A mam, maybe 20ish, was stocking shelves, basically throwing and slamming items seemed to be his specialty.
They were charging $14 for Old Navy pants, same price as Old Navy. They seem to list useful items online. What's the point of donating to Goodwill??

Books are now ridiculously priced. proof is that the inventory has started piling up. The library is free I wish to remind all. Goodwill has an overhead we all can agree but still over pricing and being greedy with their items that were donated is directly hurting their employees. Stop the insanity.

No public bathrooms for your customers? Seriously? I turned around and left. Why would I support a business that doesn’t respect customers enough to provide such a basic thing as a bathrooms?

Absolutely a joke, everything is over priced even when the items are BROKEN? they get this stuff for 0 dollars and then turn around and try to sale it for rediculous prices. STOP THE GREED!
