Extremely knowledgeable staff who are all educated in the products they sell and they're friendly to boot! I appreciate the personal attention and they always ask about my two dogs. Lots of parking behind the store, clean, well-stocked, and an online shipping experience rounds out what's great about Loyal Biscuit.

They had a wide selection of dog and cat toys, including lots of interactive toys that you can add treats into! Very high quality products and the employees are very helpful finding toys that match your pets personality!

The staff are super nice and very knowledgeable about their products. I had no idea fish was best for dry skin on dogs! They were able to suggest a great substitute for kibble and no more itchies.
