I went to McDonald’s and paid for my order. They told me to wait for number one, and I waited 40 minutes. My order, a McChicken, was taken in front of me. Very disappointing experience and extremely slow service.

Ordered two breakfast meals #4 and#9. The picture showed sandwich, hash brown and orange juice. But when we went to pay, we had to pay extra for orange juice. It said it was an upcharge, but the meal was supposed to come with them. This was a rip off and deceptive business practice. UNACCEPTABLE!

They need to learn to pay attention to patrons who come into the restaurant for food. Drive thru isn't the be all end all. Some of us go in. If they can't wait on us in a timely manner (I waited 10 mi. before I was even recoginized), they should close the dining room. And being less condescending would be nice.

Staff were not friendly And my order was incorrect!! Went to the counter told them, no sorry or let's make this better. As a employer I would be doing some retraining.

Not very friendly. When I pulled to get my food it was just forcefully handed to me and then window slammed shut, no have a good day or a simple thank you. So Rude. Fries were over salted and cold my plain cheeseburger was ok.

Worst cold hamburger I’ve ever purchased at a McDonald’s. The patty was overcooked, dark & rubbery around the edges. I asked for no ketchup & received a dob of mustard, a pickle, 2 tiny pieces of onion. Fries were limp & barely warm. This McDonald’s franchise is obviously run & managed by someone who doesn’t follow the outlined franchise instructions. We were taken out of order at the drive through so the person who arrived after us was asked to order before us. Seriously bad all the way around!

Employee's have bad attitude s when you pay they don't even give you your receipt the guy crumpled it up threw it away then you have to get his attention to get it then he doesn't know what you had after he was going to get the original out from the garbage can the woman that gave me my food pretty much threw it at me and said here you go and got pissy when I asked for salt

The person that made our coffees did not put in the correct number of flavor, I counted 9 pumps it should have been 13. Coffee was not good.
