The person on the phone, Heidi, was very nice and kept me updated throughout the day. The mechanic solved the problem with my car for a low price. I appreciated the report they sent me about my car afterwards.

All of the workers were nice but they charged me $92 for just an oil change. I have never paid that much even at the dealership. When I looked at my receipt I saw they charged me a price for the oil change and an additional price for labor costs. Never been charged that way before. Overall good experience but wanted to make you aware of the cost'

My only issue was I was quot $100.00 for my service but was charged over $200.00 for all the same service and also I was told it would take 1 hour for the service but took over 2 hrs
