“Went in for a 4 wheel alignment on my new to me explorer after putting new tires on at walmart cause it still had a sway going down the rd.. sure enough it was off by 3° on the drivers side back ..made a huge difference ..They mechanics there were very thorough , did excellent work , and explained everything out to us.. plus theres a 90 day warranty and recommend we bring it back in that time just to recheck it. Highly recommend VIP in Waterville. Loved them ❤️”

“I've heard of oil change places ripping people off etc. This place is legit, quick, and professional. The only issue is the entrance can be difficult to access due to location.”

“Great experience getting my oil changed on my Chevy Silverado today. The staff was friendly and professional, and they had me in and out in about 10 minutes. Great value for the service, especially with the military veterans discount they offer. I will definitely be back! 👍”

“Josh and Tony and all the other employees we're wonderfully kind and provided great service and got me back on the road on a saturday. When facing the need for a garage on the weekend in this area to replace a flat tire it's daunting and they made it happen.”
