Five stars! Pro Movers were incredibly professional and efficient—especially with moving our heavy electric massage tables. They handled everything quickly and carefully. There was a small bit of damage (really no big deal), and I wasn’t expecting anything, but they showed up the very next day to fix it and even removed some trash for no extra charge. I was happy to pay for the service, but they really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Great service. The guys were very fast, professional and the price was very fair. I'm only knocking off a star for two reasons. First, I was charged significantly more than I was quoted per hour and it took exactly an hour, and I also wasn't told beforehand that they expect a cash payment in hand at the end of the job so I had to go to my bank. Otherwise, it was still definitely worth it and I can recommend them but those two things you should keep in mind.

The crew is phenomenal (very professional, polite, and put in some hard work for us). The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the fact that I was quoted about half of what I ended up actually paying which came at a bit of a shock to us when it was thousands more then we had planned… Still, overall it was a good experience given the magnitude of the job and the weather we had to deal with.

I cannot begin to share at how pleased my wife and I were with the move. PRO Moving was very timely in scheduling us, they provided an estimate based on information that we provided and then proceeded to come in under that estimate. They arrived on the morning of the move on time and they were extremely efficient with the move. They handled our belongings with care, wrapped and secured everything for the move and then after a long drive, the two men delivered all of our item to a second floor apartment with no issues. They took the time to put things in the rooms that we wanted them in and they put down coverings to protect the floor as they brought items in. They were professional. pleasant and efficient. I would like to thank the company and the crew for a job well done and I would highly recommend them to anyone for you next move no matter how big or small. They were worth every penny that we spent and then some.

Jay and Evan helped me move and they were polite, accommodating and patience. They made an experience that could have been stressful and occasion. Pro movers are quick timely and attentive, not to mention reasonable.i highly recommend them.

Sorry I didn't get to the review sooner. This company is A-Plus.. prior to the move they provided moving boxes. They were responsive to calls and texts. Three movers who were knowledgeable and polite. We had a very steep stairway to the basement. They called in extra help to move a very heavy gun safe. It was a hot August day and they worked non stop. Thank you Pro Movers for keeping the move stress free for us.

Fantastic company to work with. The quote provided was accurate. I packed the boxes myself but they will do that as well. If I have to move again, it's worth the extra to let them do it all and just relax. It's nice to see someone take care of your items like you do.
