It suddenly became very busy while I was waiting, and another employee came out of the back to open a new register.A customer at the front of the line was talking on a cell phone while simultaneously trying to send a package. It was rude and annoying.The person helping them was not happy, obviously, but at the same time they did not express the disgust I felt. The customer was rude, and they were the model of patience and poise.”
