No longer a fan. We buy our Skechers and Island Surf Shoes here. I went with my son to help him find him some shoes. They were not very helpful and had an enlisted attitude that left us feeling as if we were a bother. Giving my son a strange look when the Associate asked him girls or boys shoes And he answered boys/mens…. My son is transgendered. We told the Associate what size and without pause, she said no! We do not have that size. No other advice, no help, just nothing and then she just walked off. No, we will not be patronizing the Waterville Super Shoes for a very long time to come, if ever. The Associate would benefit from a customer service social graces course. Our other trips to this store were ALL VERY pleasant. Everyone was very helpful. But not today. I pray it wasn’t due to my son. That would be very disheartening. Hopefully just an Associate having a bad day.

I would give a zero star if possible I spent over 250$ last month at super shoes in Waterville i was told to wait on a return by cashier to then return a second time to be denied a return with proper receipt due to shoe being dirty on sole wich is how it was sold to me . Very disappointed.

I went in there to get new boots and I was being hasled the whole time and the guy watched me try on boots and said they didn't fit me when they did fit and he wouldn't get me the left boot and wouldn't let me buy them. Then proceeded to suggest other boots when I wanted the ones I wanted. Very disappointed and you guys lost a customer. His name was Glen

Disappointed in having to wait for an associate to try on a left boot. Your problem with inventory shrinkage should not be an inconvenience to me.Always a struggle to find a selection of large boots.While Marijuana is legal, it's not a pleasant smell. Neither is stale cigarettes and alcohol breath.Most likely will look other places next time. I've been coming here since it was Dexter Shoe. Kind of makes me sad.

This store has some of the rudest employees today Emma was rude and lost out on me buying a litman. She got a shifty attitude and shouldn't be in customer service. I will never spend another $1 here
