It's easy too find. Just a little odd having the drive thru on the other side of a one way street. Thought that the ATM was with the drive thru but it's inside the bank. So having to use both took a while driving around so I could get down one way street.

This bank in its entirety is the most shady, evil, non-transparent, unethical bunch of crooks of just about any bank in the country. Their latest "good deed" is starting to take an additional $15 per month out of my dead mother's account (we were already paying a $1 per month fee) during a pandemic- when businesses are supposed to be helping their customers not causing additional harm. On top of that- they won't return an email (been over 30 days), they won't answer their local phones (other banks in town are), and I can't get anyone to help me close this account. Hey TD Bank, you might as well steal the last bit of money and take your employees out to lunch- make it a complete robbery. Advice to anyone considering this gawdawful excuse for a bank.....RUN!!!

I can understand keeping the lobby closed but what I don’t understand is why the drive up window hours have been changed. The hours are very inconvenient and the wait time is unbelievable. Why can’t the window hours stay the same??

One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. Was with them since banknorth . Went to school with the owner of the banks son, This bank has screwed me over and over again. I moved out of the country and they said you can leave 10$ in this savings and you could leave for 100 years you'll never get a fee, move back and restart with us, within 2 months I had over 500$ in fees. Then my insurance company sent me several small check amounts which all bounced on an error from Nationwide. My bank reversed the money out and charged me a bounce fee for each one and then an overdraft fee like 10 times. I ended up with $800 in fees eventhough this wasnt my fault at all TD BANK GOUGED ME WITH FEES.... THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IS OUT FOR PROFT AND ARE THE TOP 3 WORST BANKS FOR FEES IN THE WORLD. FACT. DO NOT BANK HERE. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.

Even though I hardly go into the bank myself, the employees recognize me and greet me by name, they help me with any issues, however few, I have with my account and are happy to help me.
