Not sure why my package has been sitting here for over 72 hours in limbo when it was already delayed once. At this point I could drive the 5 minutes to pick it up but can't change my delivery preference until delivery is attempted.Update: My package has been officially declared "lost" by the sender since UPS has not updated tracking. It still says it's at the facility pending delivery. Thanks UPS!

I came to drop off some returns. It suddenly became very busy while I was waiting, and another employee came out of the back to open a new register.A customer at the front of the line was talking on a cell phone while simultaneously trying to send a package. It was rude and annoying.The person helping them was not happy, obviously, but at the same time they did not express the disgust I felt. The customer was rude, and they were the model of patience and poise.

I just experience excellent customer service from all three of the gentleman that were in the UPS store but especially the man who has some tattoos, I didn’t catch his name. The store was extremely busy and fast pace and not only did he efficiently multitask he greeted all his customers with an excellent attitude and made every transaction very smooth. He had great knowledge of what was going on and was great at managing not only the flow of traffic but his employees. It was a great environment for a very busy after Christmas return rush.

staff are friendly, and have had some print jobs and shipped some items thru here that turned out okay, but, having a terrible time with two boxes i dropped off on saturday dec 16th, labels were created that day, but on the evening of tuesday dec 19th, ups still claims the labels have not been scanned and ups is not in possession of the items.ups customer service on the phone is terrrible. hung up on by the automated voice twice before i finally tricked it into letting me speak with a human being. human said they could not help me, could not even start an investigation, because even though i dropped the packages off at the ups store and paid the ups store for their shipping, i was not the sender. the ups store was the sender, and i needed to get the store to start an investigation into the missing packages whereabouts?one package with an estimated delivery from the ups store of dec 19th, the other for dec 20th, and but as of dec 19th, there is no indication they have even been put on a truck to leave the store yet, and to have to wait until business hours the next day to try to get in touch with the store?if one is too understaffed around holidays or backed up with packages in store to get them on a truck three days after drop off, just tell me, but to have one end of the company claim they don't have the packages three days after i gave them to the other end of the company, and this middle person franchise is the sender, not me who dropped off and paid for them, that as the person who made the payment for the service, i have no recourse???just and odd and frustrating way to do business, probably resulting in holiday packages not arriving on time, even though estimated delivery dates still had a two to four day cushion,disappointing.

Never going back here again. Employees are rude, last time went and the guy who served me to ship a package interrupted me while I was trying to express a concern, while rolling his eyes as if I was a nuisance or something. Went back today because I thought maybe I wouldn't get that same guy, wrong. Rude, walked in, ignored for a good minute while he carried on a conversation. Then, didn't even greet me and acted annoyed, not even the slightest bit pleasant. No idea what their problem is, I don't see other customers always being treated like that. whatever, avoid this store. I'd rather travel an hour to Bangor, they have much better customer service there. Or I'll ship stuff at Staples, they are lovely over there. Take a page from their book, maybe, Waterville UPS store.

Got to visit beautiful New England and stopped at the Waterville UPS to ship back extra stuff from the trip. The box was to be shipped to South Dakota, but for reasons unknown they shipped it to New Hampshire. I'm negotiating with the kind people who got my box to ship it yet again. Thanks a lot Waterville UPS!

The UPS store in Waterville only had i notary , only works in the morning and hasn’t been to work all week Substandard, the Waterville ME store need to use FL best practices and have everyone able to motorize

Two wonderful ladies, working hard in a busy center, just gave me an excellent experience and got me what I needed. The guy that rolled his eyes at my wife yesterday, refusing to provide sellable services to her, needs to go. Training time is over, Buddy. Do better.

Don't bother calling because no one will answer. I ordered 2-day air and for some reason it took my package 6 days to get to me. I even ordered something the day after through USPS and it got here before this package. The last time I used UPS was 3 years ago and I had issues with that order getting here on time as well. It doesn't matter where I've been in the U.S., I've had issues with UPS. I will be sticking to FedEx and USPS in the future.

This UPS store seems to be the black hole for packages. Last month we ordered a gift for our granddaughter’s birthday and it was tracking to easily be delivered in time…until it reached the Waterville store. Day after day it was “out for delivery” but never arrived.Now, this month the same thing is happening with a gift for our daughter. It was tracked to be delivered the 1st, then the 3rd, the 5th, the 6th, the 7th, and now they are saying the 10th. We do not expect to ever see this delivery and will need to reorder.

You guys are so helpful. The store seems to be doing great it’s nice and clean. That young lady in there was polite and treated me with respect, although the store was packed I thought I lost my iPhone and she helped me look even though we didn’t find it I appreciate it! Have a good day
