Now if I could give more than 5 stars, I would best customer care I've ever received in a phone carrier. Lydia is the best and her side kick sister! Very helpful, very informative. Explained everything and answered all of our questions.

I have always had good luck using this store . Friendly , knowledgeable people . Not so much now . Last fall my phone quit so i went in to get a new one . The sales person talked me into a very expensive phone which I didn’t really want but he told me if i purchased it that day with their plan i could get it for 300 dollars . I took him at his word and got my new phone . My phone bill doubled and i figured to let it go a few months and then go in and pay off the balance . I realized it would cost more with the cost of the new phone and related insurance and fee’s . When i went into the store today to pay off my phone they told me the remaining balance was 600 dollars . There is nothing i hate more than someone who lies to me , especially when it benefits them at my expense. And just in case you think i am someone who doesn’t understand business . My family ran a general store in central Maine for 90 years and we didn’t do that by lying to customers. I will continue to keep going back into this store until i can confront the employee who lied to me face to face . Jerry keay Albion Maine

I want to thank Eric Campbell so much for his amazing customer service and just being an awesome guy, he answered my stupid questions with a smile and was very knowledgeable because of him I am continuing my service with us cellular. I highly recommend dealing with this branch.

I have done business with these guys for years and recently got a business plan with this people. This will be the last time and I suggest if you’re thinking about getting a phone from these folks you do your research. They are very sneaky and don’t like to quote you actual prices. I can promise you this, the number they quote you in store will not be the price you pay monthly. When you ask them about it they will tell you things like I quoted you with autopay and are quotes don’t include fees and sales tax. Don’t be surprised if your bill is significantly higher. I suggest if you have to go with us cellular, I would find a real us cellular location. I can’t believe us cellular is even affiliated with this dump. Kids that work here are poorly trained and once you talk to the manager you can see why. I will be switching to Verizon and if you’re reading this beware they’re shady people at pine tree cellular.

My wife came last week, and she was assisted by an employee named Dante, whom she said had tried to sell her a new phone and insisted she need a new phone, seemingly for his own profit. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store. Honesty is a must for us!

Ordered a phone on a Friday to be "overnighted", Wednesday still not here. Called just to receive attitude from a man named Jay. If I didn't pay to have it come, they would be keeping it. After this transaction I will never go to this location again. If Dontay isn't working, don't bother going there everyone.

Eric is awesome! I walked in with a couple other customers and he greeted us right away. Was very polite and patient, answered everyone’s questions swiftly and confidently. While I was there, 4 hours due to family issues NOT the stores fault, Eric handled 6-7 people with no issues. I felt bad that he was alone but he handled it well, acknowledged every customer and assured them he’d get to them asap. I had to trade in two phones and get new ones. It was a seamless transaction and I’m heading back tomorrow to set another family member up with a new phone. Great customer service, the store was comfortable and clean. I’d suggest this store to anyone!
